Job summary

AceStack is seeking a Desktop Engineer with strong macOS expertise to manage end-user computing across Mac and Windows devices, leveraging JAMF Pro for enrollment, configuration, and software deployment in a bustling IT environment.

You will provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain security and compliance, and document resolutions to service tickets, helping ensure reliable endpoint operations for our users in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting macOS and Windows in an enterprise setting.
• Hands-on with JAMF Pro for device enrollment and config.
• Familiarity with AD/Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
