Job summary

TechWish in Newtown Square, PA is seeking a Desktop Technician T5 to identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities within the IT Endpoint infrastructure. On-site support at our Newtown Square office is required, along with vulnerability assessments and remediation coordination.

You will handle Helpdesk tickets, patch management, and remote support using Beyond Trust, Nessus, MECM, and Intune. 3+ years in Windows IT/End-user support and strong problem-solving are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows IT Services End-user support or Endpoint Administrator role.
• Experience in Helpdesk Support.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment and management.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM and Intune.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor vulnerability scans on systems and applications.
• Mitigate vulnerabilities by contacting users and remote into laptops to patch.
• Identify and document security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
• Work with IT teams to address vulnerabilities promptly.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability management procedures and documentation.
• Conduct security assessments and audits for policy compliance.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices.
• Support security audits and third-party assessments on-site.
• Provide on-site support to users as needed.
• Provide remote support to users via Beyond Trust.
