This contract role based in Collegeville, PA, involves maintaining endpoint security, supporting laboratory computing, and managing ServiceNow incidents.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Windows support experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in cybersecurity is preferred. This is a hands-on, onsite position requiring physical presence for support activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of general Windows support experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network, software, and operating system issues.
• Cybersecurity experience or knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for laboratory and client PCs.
• Support small cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure devices meet security and patching standards.
• Assist with hardware installation and diagnostics.
• Manage ServiceNow incidents and vulnerability tickets.
