Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Desktop Administrator for an onsite contract role in Grand Rapids, MI. You will diagnose and troubleshoot PC systems, manage imaging and deployments, and support end users remotely when needed.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SCCM imaging and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in resolving incidents and problems.
- Execute service requests and deployments of new systems.
- Lead and train other desktop administrators.
- Participate in IT projects and maintain asset management records.
