Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or helpdesk services.
• Familiarity with configuring Windows and/or macOS devices.
• Ability to diagnose and solve common hardware/software issues.
• Experience setting up and deploying employee workstations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laptops/desktops for employee use, including imaging and software installation.
• Refresh and reset equipment for reuse and inventory tracking.
• Provide in-person end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Document issues and resolutions in the tracking system and escalate when needed.
• Assemble workstations and ensure setup is ready before handoff to employees.
