- Assemble and connect employee workstations, including computers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Prepare office setups for new team members, desk changes, and equipment replacements.
- Test workstation functionality and confirm everything is working properly before completing the setup.
Process & Organization
- Use established IT procedures to complete device preparation and support tasks consistently.
- Document completed assignments and communicate any unexpected technical issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with additional IT operational tasks as business needs arise.
What We're Looking For

- Familiarity with preparing and configuring Windows and/or macOS computers.
- Ability to identify and resolve common hardware, software, and peripheral problems.
- Experience connecting and configuring office technology and employee workstations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling equipment and documentation.
- A service-oriented approach and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Dependability and the ability to manage assigned work with limited day-to-day direction.
