Job summary

Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on field and remote assistance for enterprise and healthcare clients. You will support Windows desktops and laptops, printers, and common peripherals, and coordinate remote troubleshooting with the service desk.

Travel within the assigned field region is required, with after-hours or emergency support when needed. You must lift and move IT equipment safely and adhere to all security and safety policies.
