Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in hardware and software support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Confident in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Apple platforms.
• Able to create and deploy images on Windows and Apple platforms.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides first/second level deskside support for escalated Help Desk requests.
• Configures, deploys, and supports Windows and Apple hardware/software.
• Configures and supports peripheral hardware (printers, etc.).
