Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking IT support professionals to assist with desktop/laptop tech support and various hardware and software issues in a large corporate environment.

The job entails maintaining IT equipment, providing excellent customer service, and working on-call for after-hours support. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and experience with Mac and Windows operating systems. Comprehensive benefits like 401(k) and tuition reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, bend, stand for long hours, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support.
• Deskside / Desktop / End User Computer experience, ideally in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting IT equipment in large corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows devices.
• Track and resolve customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing tool.

Skills

Experience supporting Mac OS

Experience supporting Windows OS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting

High level of professionalism

Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision
