Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support professional to join their team in Oklahoma City. This is a contract opportunity for a hands-on IT specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, supporting a busy desktop environment and assisting users across the organization.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, manage end-user issues, and work on AV and conference room tech, with a focus on customer service and professional on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Background in Level 2/3 desktop support.
• Experience with printer refresh projects in large corporate settings.
• Ability to support AV and conference room technology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for end users in a corporate environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices and related hardware issues.
• Support laptop, printer, projector, speaker, and conference room equipment.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 support requests.
• Respond to tickets and calls with strong customer service.
• Resolve issues independently using documentation and critical thinking.
• Support executive users with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a polished, client-facing presence on site.
