Job summary

Reed Smith LLP in Atlanta, GA seeks a Deskside Support Specialist to deliver end-user hardware and application support, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage Worksite, and Firm-specific tools. You will provide deskside and phone support, plus one-on-one training to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will handle second-level escalations, maintain accurate ticket logs, and assist with device refreshes and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Two years end-user support experience.
• Experience with deskside or in-person support in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support for Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, iManage Worksite, Elite 3E, email, and proprietary applications.
• Assist with hardware setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide second-level IT support and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and inventory and support after-hours on-call coverage.
