Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Designer II to support project documentation using AutoCAD and Revit, create 3D renderings, and develop finish plans and specifications. You will assist with space planning and contribute to client meetings, ensuring drawings are clear, coordinated, and consistent.

Under supervision of a licensed interior designer, you will collaborate with consultants and vendors to meet project objectives, communicate across teams, and help deliver on time and within budget while

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Ability to navigate and interpret Revit models and project documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly with your design team.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents.
Produce graphics using 3D renderings and computer illustrations.
Create finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
Handle submittals during the construction administration phase.
Assist in space planning concept development and program documents.
Support Design lead in meetings with consultants and vendors.
Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
Collaborate to develop design solutions that meet client needs on time and budget.
Create mood boards and graphic formatting for client presentations.
Participate in presentations communicating design concepts to clients.
Develop and detail design concepts with continuity and accuracy.
Produce clear drawing and documentation sets and coordinate basic MEP work.
