Job summary

Euromarket Designs, Inc., which does business as Crate and Barrel and CB2, seeks an Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade to inspire the sales team and own customer resolution in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will partner with the Store Manager to set brand goals, coach team leaders, and ensure exceptional service while managing scheduling and payroll within a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to establish brand goals across sales, ops, visual, HR, payroll, scheduling, training, safety and loss prevention.
• Lead Team Leaders to execute goals in sales, service, operations and visual standards.
• Address associate relations issues and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Coach, train and recognize performance to build bench strength.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to delegate workloads and execute plans store-wide.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to prioritize initiatives for sales and customer experience.
• Communicate with management about sales, feedback, traffic and performance; participate in weekly store walk-throughs.
• Be a role model for teamwork and alignment with corporate initiatives.
• Ensure elevated customer service by modeling brand behaviors and enthusiasm.
• Participate in Leadership routines and meetings; monitor payroll budget and scheduling needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
