Primoris Gas Operations is seeking a Design Supervisor for our Little Canada, MN office. You will lead a team of designers, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure designs meet client standards and schedules.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, maintaining project documentation, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities in a construction/engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned work volumes to meet customer and internal requirements.

• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformance with standards and schedules.
• Record time, equipment usage, and production data accurately for reporting.
• Communicate with Area Manager, customers and staff to resolve issues promptly.
