Job summary

Q3 Contracting, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Advocate at our Dove Valley, Colorado branch to coordinate new gas and electric projects from start to finish. You will act as the main contact for development customers, ensuring service excellence and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include liaising with developers and utilities, prioritizing workloads, and building relationships across Denver Metro. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License for the state of primary work functions.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work in an organized manner.
• Comfortable with changing demands, delays, and unexpected situations.

This position will be the point of contact for our land development and utility customers to coordinate new projects.
