You will partner with managers and designers to elevate customer service, manage a team of design associates, and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional color, space planning, and client satisfaction. The role requires a blend of design expertise and leadership, with opportunities to leverage Live Chat, AR, and 3D Room Planner tools.

Qualifications

• Interior Design degree or professional portfolio preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with design technology and social media to drive business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and designers to achieve design center goals.
• Develop, train and motivate a team of design associates.
• Manage design projects, customer contacts and relationships.
• Provide feedback on color and space planning in design projects.
• Lead residential interior design initiatives and training.
