Ethan Allen Global, Inc. invites experienced design leaders to join our Design Selling Leader team at our Knoxville Design Center.

You will collaborate with managers and designers, drive performance, and maintain high levels of customer contact while leading a talented team through design projects and client relations. The role emphasizes residential interior design expertise, coaching, and leveraging technology such as AR and 3D planning to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Interior design-related degree and/or professional portfolio preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities within a design center environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a design orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managers and Designers to achieve goals and increase overall performance of the design center.
• Manage, develop, train and motivate a team of design associates while maintaining a high level of customer contact.
• Partner with each associate to manage design projects, customer contacts and relationships, sales volume, design consultant effectiveness and overall customer satisfaction
• Review and provide feedback on design projects using color and space planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to practice residential interior design.
• Train and coach for design, product knowledge, sales performance and customer service.
