Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Design Center Manager to lead the design team, drive sales, and develop business plans with designers. You will grow market reach, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong interior design knowledge and supervisory experience are essential, with flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends in the Missouri Chesterfield area. Competitive compensation and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with experience in interior design and sales.
• Minimum five years of progressive relevant work experience for degree holders.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design center and drive sales goals.
• Coach design team members to raise professionalism and revenue.
• Develop business plans with designers to increase market reach.
• Review P&L statements monthly with leadership.
• Participate in community programs to raise brand exposure.
