Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a Design Selling Leader to drive design center performance and customer satisfaction. You will partner with managers and designers to deliver high-quality design projects and vibrant customer experiences.

Requirements include leadership, design knowledge, and comfort with technology such as Live Chat, AR, and 3D Room Planner. Interior design degree or portfolio is a plus; holidays, evenings, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Design leadership experience and ability to manage designers and associates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Interior design knowledge or a professional portfolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managers and Designers to achieve goals and drive performance.
• Develop, train and motivate a design team while maintaining high customer contact.
• Manage design projects, customer relationships, sales volume and satisfaction.
• Lead design process reviews using color and space planning skills.
