Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a Design Center Manager to oversee all design center operations and lead a team of design consultants. You will drive sales, quality service, and customer satisfaction through strategic coaching and effective leadership.

Responsibilities include developing business plans with designers, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies while pursuing market growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as described: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years, or HS with 10+ years in design/sales.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design and knowledge of design processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design center overall operations.
• Lead, train and motivate the design team to achieve sales goals.
• Coach design associates to raise professionalism and service quality.
• Develop business plans with designers to improve market reach and revenue.
• Review P&L statements with Market Design Leader and Market Operations Leader.
• Drive new business via grassroots marketing and digital channels.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Provide training sessions for the design center and corporately sponsored programs.
