Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow the Design Center, coaching the design team to deliver premier interior design services and driving sales growth.

The role involves developing business plans with designers to expand market reach and improve customer satisfaction, while ensuring adherence to company policies and financial targets. Ideal candidates will have extensive interior design knowledge, proven sales success, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of experience or High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive relevant work experience and practical interior design experience, or a combination of both.
• Proven sales background in residential interior design.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design center and lead the design team.
• Coach designers to raise professionalism of the design services.
• Develop business plans with designers to increase market reach and revenue.
• Drive new business and sales through grassroots marketing and partnerships.
