Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Design Supervisor to lead the design team, drive sales through design services, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on hiring and developing a capable design staff, managing client projects, and providing expert product guidance for residential and commercial projects.

You will collaborate with store leadership, engage with customers, and promote company initiatives while maintaining design standards across the store.

Qualifications

• BA or AA in Interior Design or 6 years experience in lieu
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a design team with performance evaluations
• Greet customers and support store design walk-ins
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking
• Advise homeowners, designers, and builders on tile, wood, stone, and accessories
• Manage multiple projects with clear communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation
