Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a Design Supervisor to train and develop the design team while driving sales through design services. You will ensure customers have a positive experience with expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with design applications to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/AA in Interior Design or 6 years of interior design experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proficient with design software and client-facing selling.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a design team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Greet customers and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and build clientele via networking.
• Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessory advice for projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and timely updates.
