Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Design Supervisor to lead the design team and drive sales through outstanding customer service and expert design guidance.

You will train the design staff, manage client appointments, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver complete design solutions for residential and commercial projects. You will oversee project workflows, stay current with design trends, and utilize design tools like Salesforce and the company scheduling systems to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• BA/AA in Interior Design or equivalent experience.
• 6 years interior design experience in lieu of degree or combination totaling 6 years.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and professional clients.
• Hire and develop a design team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Greet customers and support design walk‑in needs and appointments.
• Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessory guidance for projects.
• Manage multiple client projects from inquiry to installation with clear communication.
• Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales and design goals.
