Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Design Supervisor to lead the design team and drive sales through expert design service. You will train staff, manage customer design projects, and coordinate appointments while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with homeowners and professionals, collaboration with store leadership, and utilization of design applications to support sales goals and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Design education or 6 years interior design experience in lieu of education.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Hire and develop a design team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Greet customers and support design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals.
• Provide tile, wood, stone and accessory guidance for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional, aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple customer projects with accuracy, timeliness and clear communication.
