Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome buyers into the Studio and guide them through our digital tools, MYKB, and the overall selection process.
• Coordinate the flow of the day by scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing documents, and keeping digital lot files up to date.
• Stay connected with buyers, sales, operations, and trade partners by responding promptly to calls and emails.
• Provide friendly, solutions‑focused support and help resolve customer questions or issues.
• Host Preview Events and track preview event attendance.
• Back-up to the Studio Consultant - lead buyer appointments from start to finish when Consultants are unavailable.
• Help prepare and process color packages for Move‑In Ready Homes.
• Keep key Studio tools and guides updated and ensure supplies are ordered and stocked.
