Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Sales Associate/Design Consultant for Akron, full-time, to maximize sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will assist customers with space planning, product knowledge, and closing transactions using our selling model.

This role emphasizes guest relations, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends; compensation includes base salary plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet monthly sales and productivity goals.
• Strong knowledge of company products and services.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong guest relations skills and professional appearance.
• Sales experience and design sense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards.
• Develop enhanced selling behaviors according to selling model.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain a guest book to organize and cultivate business.
• Follow up with guests before and after sale and at delivery.
• Improve performance based on feedback from management.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Record all hours worked accurately.
• Review and act on company communications.
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Collaborate with team members.
