Responsibilities

• Follow-up with guests before and after sale and at delivery
• Collaborate with store team to improve performance
• Address guest concerns promptly
• Perform opening/closing duties and system operations
• Record hours worked and monitor communications
• Participate in weekly meetings and team huddles
