Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, project management, store development, retail development, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating consultants and managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience producing or reviewing site plans, construction drawings, and permit documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development projects from site acquisition through construction document issuance.
• Coordinate design activities with architectural, civil, structural, MEP, signage, and specialty consultants.
• Review plans for completeness, constructability, quality, and standards compliance.
• Oversee preparation of permit and construction drawing packages and revisions.
• Serve as a liaison between Design, Construction, Procurement, Operations, Development, Marketing, and external partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field
