Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience.
• 2+ years of management experience or equivalent.
• Experience in development, construction, or real estate project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active development projects across markets.
• Develop and manage project budget and schedule through design and permitting.
• Coordinate due diligence, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
• Review contracts, leases, and approvals; lead turnover to construction teams.
• Present recommendations and align with legal and internal stakeholders.
