Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing design delivery or program management in architecture/engineering/ multidisciplinary design environments.
• Experience coordinating architects and engineers through design and documentation phases of large retail programs.
• Strong understanding of retail design programs, building codes, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over project processes, maintain clear communication with teams and clients, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with design leaders to establish, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Prepare fee proposals, support project contracts, and oversee scope changes at program level.
• Ensure project profitability targets (20% or higher) are met or exceeded.
• Plan, communicate, and track milestones from client request to delivery of complete design packages.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and implement strategies to improve quality and consistency across projects.
• Oversee project closeout activities and drive lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Supervise Project Coordinators, including training, task assignment, performance reviews, and coaching.
