Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of development management, construction management, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of five years of experience, including two years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple active development projects across assigned geographic markets.
• Develop and manage the project budget and schedule throughout engineering, design, and permitting phases.
• Coordinate site investigations, due diligence activities, and preliminary site design during feasibility and approval phases.
• Review technical due diligence reports to identify schedule, scope, cost, and risks and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare development recommendations and risk assessments for internal approvals and contract support.
• Coordinate with departments and legal counsel to ensure risk is identified and contracts supported.
• Attend meetings to obtain plan approvals and communicate status to stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare turnover packages for construction teams and review invoices against contracts.
