Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of related professional experience in development or construction.
• At least 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of development projects across markets, from planning through turnover.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules through design and permitting.
• Coordinate due diligence, risk assessments, and vendor/consultant activity.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms and development standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Use project management software to track progress and documentation.
