  • Effective communication skills for interaction at all levels of the business.
  • IT competence with MS Office suite, CAD software, and rendering software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support multiple store development projects including new showroom openings, renovations, and capital improvements.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and proactively elevate timeline risks.
  • Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, cost estimates, change orders, and variations.
  • Manage relationships with architects, contractors, installers, consultants, and brand partners.
  • Support store planning and design activities, maintain design sign‑off documentation, and prepare renderings as required.
  • Monitor project progress and quality, coordinate corrective actions, punch list completion, and project closeout.
  • Facilitate project handovers to retail and operational teams and conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.
