Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field; two years of experience in customer service, print production, graphic design support, office administration, service coordination, or related operational support environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field; three years of experience supporting print production, creative services, customer service, or office operations; experience working with print vendors, production equipment, or production management systems; experience in higher education or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Project Support: Serves as a primary point of contact, responds to inquiries, receives service requests, explains services, timelines, and processes, and assists customers through production procedures.
• Production & Print Support: Prepares, reviews, and verifies files for print production to ensure accuracy and quality; coordinates with internal staff and external vendors.
• Office Operations & Administrative Support: Maintains workflow documentation, administrative records, inventory, and supply levels; assists with estimates, invoicing support, and service reporting.
• Vendor & Production Coordination: Coordinates with vendors and internal departments to support production schedules, project logistics, and service delivery.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Works with Creative Services staff, campus partners, and vendors to support project execution and process improvements.
