Texas State Technical College (TSTC) seeks an experienced Instructor to deliver approved curriculum in an applied learning environment, mentoring students and integrating technology to enrich experiences. Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, water/wastewater, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, or manufacturing.
• Understanding of Lockout Tagout and plant utilities; familiarity with DCS and P&IDs.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure safety.
• Preferred candidate has LMS experience (Blackboard, Canvas).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality instruction and facilitate the learning of students.
• Develop appropriate course syllabi and instructional plans.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure safe instructional environments.
• Mentor and guide students; promote program recruitment and involvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in department activities.
