You will coordinate the production of printed materials, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure job instructions are properly queued for production across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Enter and verify job instructions; ensure proper job queuing for production.
• Communicate status updates and requested changes to customers.
• Coordinate proofs, color separations, ink samples and related materials.
• Coordinate production with internal facilities and external vendors when needed.
• Monitor production progress; identify and resolve issues with teams.
• Investigate issues with cross-functional departments and determine resolutions.
• Provide pre-sales input on capabilities and requirements for successful completion.
• Verify finished products meet specifications and company standards.
• Tally runs and compile documentation for billing.
• Participate in special projects and related duties as assigned.
