Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Design & Production Services, responding to inquiries, receiving service requests, and guiding customers through processes.
• Prepare, review, and verify files for print production to ensure accuracy and quality; coordinate with vendors to meet specifications.
• Support daily office operations including documentation, inventory, and supply levels; assist with estimates and invoicing support.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and campus partners to identify process improvements and enhance service quality.
