Job summary

The Eames Institute of Infinite Curiosity seeks a Design Production Coordinator to support the visual identity across print, digital, retail, exhibitions, events, and experiential platforms. You will work with the Creative Lead to move projects from concept through completion, focusing on production coordination, asset management, and admin tasks.

This role offers hands-on design support and exposure to a broad range of creative projects, within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative operations and/or production management positions.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, file management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Track projects, deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status updates.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, photographers, and other partners.
• Prepare materials for creative meetings and reviews.
• Organize digital assets and maintain metadata and cataloging.
