Carve Designs, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Creative Production & Logistics Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our in-office creative space.

You will manage the lifecycle of product samples, organize assets for major photoshoots, and film behind-the-scenes content with founders and designers. This role blends physical sample handling with digital asset coordination and social media support, requiring strong organization, teamwork, and willingness to travel 2–4 times per year.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no extensive corporate experience required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willing to travel 2–4 times per year for on-site shoots and production.
• In-office role at headquarters in Sausalito, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of product samples and seasonal line inventory.
• Organize physical and digital assets for photoshoots.
• Film behind‑the‑scenes content with founders and designers.
• Assist on-set for studio and location shoots; travel 2–4 times yearly.
• Coordinate with sales reps to track sample locations and replacements.
• Support marketing shoots and maintain organized asset files.
