Responsibilities

• Manage plan revisions from initiation to completion — tracking RFIs, permit comments, and miscellaneous updates and ensuring each item gets out the door in a timely manner.
• Review construction documents (CDs) in preparation for QC review and coordinate the flow of plans to our outsourcing company and quality control team.
• Track and process QC redlines, ensuring comments are addressed and documented.
• Serve as the point of contact for plan revision follow-through, reducing friction and turnaround time on recurring updates.
• Maintain and reference key project documents, including proposals, project worksheets, and design and production logs.
• Assist with basic code research as needed to support project teams.

• Manage plan revisions from initiation to completion — tracking RFIs, permit comments, and miscellaneous updates and ensuring each item gets out the door in a timely manner.
• Review construction documents (CDs) in preparation for Quality Control (QC) review and coordinate the flow of plans to our outsourcing company and quality control team.
• Track and process QC redlines, ensuring comments are addressed and documented.
