Abridge is seeking a Design Operations Manager to scale and streamline operations across the design organization at our San Francisco HQ. You’ll partner with design leadership, research, engineering, and product management to ensure fast, high-quality work at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, overseeing programs, workflows, rituals, and resource planning while driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement in a growing healthcare technology

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design operations in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven ability to build scalable operational systems for design teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, product, research, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and land design system redesigns and process improvements.
• Lead operational planning for rituals, hiring, onboarding, and resourcing.
• Build scalable systems for growth and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee asset management and vendor/contract workflows.
