Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to lead design efforts for assigned accounts in the United States. The role focuses on implementing workplace strategy, managing design associates, and delivering projects that meet client requirements and corporate standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in architecture or interior design with 5–8 years of related experience, strong CAD/CAFM skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• 5–8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture or space planning, or a mix.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; REVIT a plus; strong space planning capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM software and data-driven design processes.
• Excellent organizational, written and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for the account and lead design initiatives.
• Implement workplace strategy and design standards for clients.
• Develop test fits and space improvements aligned with client needs.
• Prepare final design documents and client approval packages.
• Coordinate with CRE team members and organize project data for delivery.
• Train and develop design talent on assigned accounts.
