Job summary

Pioneer Millworks is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across California, Nevada, and Hawaii. You will own the Southern California territory, develop relationships with architects and designers, and drive a robust pipeline to close high-value projects.

You will collaborate with internal teams to provide samples, specs, and pricing, while traveling to client offices, job sites, and events.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage architects, designers and builders.
• Ability to develop a pipeline and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a sales strategy for the Southern California territory.
• Prospect architects, designers, builders and contractors and develop new relationships.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from introduction to close.
