Pioneer Millworks is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence across California, Nevada and Hawaii, focusing on architects, designers, builders, and homeowners.

This southern California territory role is remote/field-based, with base pay $100,000–$125,000 plus incentives, generous benefits, ESOP and profit sharing, and a strong emphasis on relationship-building and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales or business development.
• Experience selling to architects, designers, builders.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Southern California sales strategy targeting architecture and luxury construction.
• Build and manage a pipeline from initial contact to close.
• Present materials, samples, and specs to design teams and clients.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
