Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking motivated students for co-op opportunities across Product Development, Industrial Design, CMF, UX/UI, and Consumer Insights. You'll work on real launches, translate insights into design decisions, and develop sketches, prototypes, and specs with cross-functional partners.

This program offers hands-on experience, exposure to the full product development cycle, and opportunities to present to leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in related bachelor’s, master’s, or recent graduate.
• Able to commit to a full-time onsite-hybrid schedule.
• Consumer-focused with a curiosity about how people actually use home products.
• Strong storytelling and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real product launches across Shark, Ninja, and Beauty.
• Translate consumer insights into product and design decisions.
• Create sketches, renderings, prototypes, wireframes, and design specs.
• Conduct usability testing and competitive research.
• Present your work to cross-functional partners and design leads and incorporate feedback.
