Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a design-focused co-op with exposure to Product Development, Design & Consumer Insights. You’ll work across Shark, Ninja, and Beauty teams on real launches, translating insights into design decisions and delivering sketches, prototypes, and specifications.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and CMF teams, gaining experience across the product lifecycle while balancing performance, cost, and delight.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in related design/engineering fields.
• Ability to work full-time onsite-hybrid schedule in a fast-paced program.
• Strong consumer-centric perspective and curiosity about home products.
• Storytelling ability to present ideas clearly and influence decisions.
• Proficiency with MS 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Prior internship, co‑op, studio, kitchen, or research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real product launches across Shark, Ninja, and Beauty, from early research and concepting through to shelf.
• Translate consumer insights into product and design decisions that guide builds.
• Bring ideas to life through sketches, renderings, prototypes, wireframes, and design specs.
• Conduct hands-on product testing and competitive research, documenting findings that influence direction.
• Present work and rationale to cross-functional partners and design leads, incorporating feedback.
• Collaborate across Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Product Management.
• Gain exposure to the full product development cycle, balancing performance, cost, and delight.
• Own a meaningful project end to end and present contributions to SharkNinja leaders.
