Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking co-op opportunities in Product Development, Design & Consumer Insights. You will work on real products across Shark, Ninja and Beauty, translating consumer insights into design decisions and bringing ideas to life through sketches, renderings and prototypes.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Industrial Design, Product Design, UX/UI or related field.
Able to work full-time onsite-hybrid with variable days by team.
Strong visual storytelling and design process presentation skills.
Experience with CAD, 3D rendering and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

Contribute to real product launches from research to shelf.
Translate consumer insights into design decisions for new products.
Create sketches, renderings, prototypes, wireframes, and specs.
Conduct usability tests and competitive research; document findings.
Present work to cross-functional partners and design leads.
Collaborate across Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Insights.
Own a meaningful project end-to-end and present outcomes to leadership.
