Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by assisting customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own the organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Conduct post-purchase customer outreach.
• Support Designers and Leaders by managing pipeline activities and in-store events.
• Assist customers on the floor and route to Designers as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of brand aesthetics across store, e-commerce, and catalog channels.
• Keep product information current and aware of trends.
• Act as point person and collaborate with CDST and B2B departments.
• Deliver sales, KPI, and service goals on the floor.
• Assist with in-home and in-store consultations.
