• Assist customers and Designers with appointments and Design Desk projects.
• Own organization and replenishment of sales aids.
• Perform post-purchase outreach to customers.
• Support Designers and Leaders with in-store events and pipelines.
• Assist customers on the floor and hand off to Designers when needed.
• Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
• Remain informed on product information, care details, and industry trends.
• Serve as point person and collaborate with CDST and B2B departments.
• Meet sales, KPI, service goals, and productivity standards on the sales floor.
• Listen to customers to identify best product fits and loyalty services.
• Assist Designers with in-home and in-store consultations.
• Support service excellence with a positive attitude and efficient service.
• Assist training on design services to drive understanding and uptake.
• Support large-scale projects as assigned.
